CarPlay / Android Auto Hardwired Audio

Only purchase this if you have purchased our J-LED Customs VE Commodore CarPlay/Android Auto kit and require Hardwired Audio.

Hardwired Audio is a physical connection between the CP/AA devices audio outputs and the IQ system audio inputs via the Rear Aux Input.

This is a plug and play solution.

Wireless Audio! Simply connect your phone to the IQ systems Bluetooth and to CP/AA wirelessly or wired. This means you use the factory IQ system’s microphone and speakers to make phone calls, and do not need to install this kits microphone. (Though one is supplied in each kit). Bluetooth audio direct from phone to the IQ system is the optimal solution, and is the best audio quality possible to the IQ.

This means any audio input can be selected when in CP/AA mode. CD, Radio, Rear AUX, Bluetooth as well as DVD/RSE at any time.

Our Hardwired Audio Harness that can be purchased separately. Though in our testing is not needed. Hardwired Audio will include a trigger to switch to CP/AA Audio automatically on startup (rear Aux in). This is extremely easy to install at a later date.
